Privacy Policy
TidyRadar is a product of Radar Foundry Group ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the TidyRadar website and the TidyRadar app.
Information we collect
- Account information you give us: your name, email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text), role (cleaning partner or referral partner), business name, services offered, service cities and ZIP codes, and language preference.
- Contact preferences: whether you want email or text alerts, and your mobile number if you choose text alerts.
- Activity in the app: leads you save or pursue, requests you send or receive, and messages you send inside the app.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, and error logs, used to keep the service working.
- Public business and permit information: building permit records published by local governments, and business listing details (name, phone, website, address) from public sources such as Google Maps. This is information about projects and businesses, not about private individuals.
How we use information
- To create and run your account and show you leads that match your service area.
- To send service messages: confirmation and password-reset emails, lead alerts, and request notifications.
- To send text alerts, only if you turn them on and consent (see "Text messages" below).
- To improve, secure and support the service, and to prevent misuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages
If you turn on text alerts in the app, we send automated text messages about new cleaning requests to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, and you can also turn alerts off in the app. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Mobile information and text consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run TidyRadar. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase, for our database and sign-in.
- FlutterFlow, for hosting and the app.
- Resend, for sending email.
- A text-messaging provider (for example Twilio), for text alerts, if you opt in.
- Google, for business listing lookups.
If a referral partner sends a cleaning request, the request details you provide may be shown to matched cleaning companies so they can respond. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable time after, to meet legal and accounting needs. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices
- Update your profile, service area and alert settings in the app.
- Turn off email or text alerts in the app, or reply STOP to a text.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us below.
Children
TidyRadar is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email.
