Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TidyRadar, a product of Radar Foundry Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using TidyRadar you agree to them.
What TidyRadar is
TidyRadar finds public building-permit and project information, matches it to cleaning companies, and lets referral partners send cleaning requests to matched companies. TidyRadar is an information and introduction service. We do not perform cleaning, employ or supervise cleaners, set prices, or guarantee that any lead or request becomes paid work.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period. If we offer a founding or promotional price for a stated period, that price stays the same for that period. Territory plans give you the only TidyRadar company access to leads in the territory described when you subscribe.
Using the service
You agree not to misuse TidyRadar: no scraping or bulk copying of leads, no reselling or sharing your access, no harassment or spam of contacts you find, no unlawful use, and no attempts to break or overload the service. Follow all laws when you contact builders and businesses, including calling and texting laws.
Accuracy of information
Permit and business information comes from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Phone numbers and websites are matched automatically and may not be correct. TidyRadar is provided "as is" and we do not promise any particular number of leads or results.
Text message terms
Rapid Clean members may opt in to text alerts in the app (Account > Phone alerts). By opting in you agree to receive automated text messages from TidyRadar about new cleaning requests at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Referral partners and requests
Requests sent through TidyRadar are shared with matched cleaning companies. Any agreement to perform work is between the requester and the cleaning company. We are not a party to it.
Our property
TidyRadar, its design and its software belong to Radar Foundry Group. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while your account is active.
Ending your account
You may stop using TidyRadar at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Radar Foundry Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of TidyRadar. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date here; continuing to use TidyRadar means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
